JUDGMENT : 1. Application for impleadment is allowed. 2. Perused the report of the District Magistrate. As it appears, the compensation amount has been paid to all claimants, excepting one Tuka Baske, whose legal heirs could not be ascertained. If the legal heirs approach the District Magistrate and satisfy him about the same, he may also pay the - balance compensation. In view of the fact that the compensation amount has already been paid, the property should revert back to the applicants. 3. I.A. No. 353 is disposed of.
