JUDGMENT P.C. Verma, J. : All these three petitions are connected matter, hence they are being disposed of by a common order. 2. The petitioners of these petitions are working on daily-wages from substantially long time. The work done by them is perennial in nature. Therefore, they seek a writ of mandamus to command the respondents to regularise them or to confer them status of temporary employee. 3. Learned counsel for the respondents Sri Rajendra Dobhal prays for and is allowed one month's time to see that the matter is settled out side the court by the Vice chancellor himself. The learned counsel for the respondents submitted that he will advise to the learned Vice Chancellor to frame a scheme in view of law laid down by the Apex Court in various judgments and the cases of the petitioners shall be considered according to the Scheme so framed. Till the scheme is not framed and cases of the petitioners are not considered according to the scheme for giving them temporary or permanent status, their services shall not be discontinued. 4. However, it is made clear that Rajesh Kumar one of the petitioners in writ petition No. 35 of 2001 shall also be reengaged, if he has not been terminated on account of misconduct and his case shall also be considered according to scheme so framed. 5. All these three petitions are disposed of accordingly.
