JUDGMENT : 1. This is a petition under Article 32 of the Constitution which challenges an order made by this Court. 2. In Writ Petition (Civil) No. D 376/2000, M/s. Hindustan Agro Chemicals Ltd. & Ors. v. Union of India & Ors. a similar writ petition has been ordered to be placed before a Constitution Bench so that the Constitution Bench may lay down if, and when, a writ petition under Article 32 of the Constitution which impugns a judgment and order of this Court may be entertained. Clearly, therefore, no writ petition under Article 32 which impugns a judgment or order of this Court can be admitted until and unless the Constitution Bench has delivered its judgment in the aforesaid petition. Equally clearly, no interim relief can be granted therein. 3. Accordingly, this writ petition is adjourned sine die, to be placed on board two weeks after the Constitution Bench has delivered its judgment in the aforesaid matter. 4. Liberty to the petitioner to seek intervention before the Constitution Bench. 5. No interim relief.
