JUDGMENT P.C. Verma, J. : This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the impugned suspension order alleged to have been passed on 14th June, 2001. The said suspension order has been challenged by the petitioner on the ground that the petitioner services are governed by U. P. Development Authority centralise services Rules 1985 and the appointing authority of the petitioner is the state Government. Therefore, the order passed is without jurisdiction. The specific averment has been made in Para-6 to the writ petition which has been sworn in by the personal knowledge. 2. In view of this statement, suspension order dated 14th June, 2001 passed by the Chairman, Doon Valley Specia1 Area Development Authority, Dehradun is hereby quashed. However, it is open for the competent authority to proceed according to law. 3. The writ petition is disposed of finally.
