FAKHRUDDIN, J. ( 1 ) HAVING considered the facts and circumstances, the material available on record and the period already undergone by the appellant, the application is allowed. ( 2 ) IT is directed that the appellant be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 20,000/- with two sureties of Rs. 10,000/- each to the satisfaction of the trial court for his appearance before the registry of this Court on 3/4/2002 and on such other dates as may be fixed by the office. ( 3 ) THE personal bond shall contain photograph, crime number and the details of immovable and moveable properties of the appellant. ( 4 ) THE appellant shall also attend the police station concerned on first Sunday of every month between 10 to 12 noon. He shall not repeat the offence. Certified photocopy as per rules.
