JUDGMENT P. C. Verma, J. : Heard learned counsel for the petitioners. 2. The petitioners have remedy to file revision under Section 218 of Land Revenue Act as they were aggrieved of the order passed by the Collector. Therefore, it is open for the petitioner to avail remedy under Section 218 of Land Revenue Act and in case such revision is filed be~ fore the Addl. Commissioner, the same shall be decided on merit. 3. Subject to above, the writ petition is dismissed.
