JUDGMENT P. C. Verma, J. : This writ petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking a writ of mandamus commanding the respondents to declare the result of the petitioners. The result of the petitioners was cancelled on account of some incident which took place out side the college after the examination was over. The learned counsel for the petitioners states at bar that the petitioners have been acquitted and honorably exonerated, therefore, the misconduct which was the foundation of the cancellation of the result of the petitioners does not exist. I find force in the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioners since the foundation of misconduct is no more as the petitioners stand exonerated by the trial court, therefore, the order of cancellation of the result ofthe petitioners is set aside and the respondents are directed to declare the result of the petitioners forthwith. 2. The writ petition is accordingly al-' lowed.
