Judgment 1. In view of the judgment of this Court rendered in Dharam Pal Vs. State of Haryana, 1999 (4) RCR (Crl.) 600, the sentence imposed on Gurcharan Singh, Balkarn Singh and Ajmer Singh, appellants is suspended and they are directed to be released on bail, to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Mansa. 2. Bail allowed.
