ORDER : State of Maharashtra has filed six volumes containing Status Report along with an affidavit. Learned counsel for the petitioners/intervenors/applicants pray for some time to file their response to the affidavit of the State. They undertake to also file, in a tabular form, their comments to various points raised in the affidavit and the status report filed by the State of Maharashtra. Six weeks' time is granted to them to do the needful. An advance copy of the response shall be given to learned counsel for State of Maharashtra, who may file their reaction to that response within two weeks from the date of service of the affidavit. In the meanwhile, we also permit the parties to bring on record such other facts as may intervene in connection with the follow up action on Srikrishn Commission Report.
