JUDGMENT P. C. Verma, J. : As stated by learned counsel for the Bank, Revisionist that the Bank has vacated the premises. Therefore, the order passed by the Judge Small Cause Court have been complied with. Since the part of the judgment has been complied with, therefore, in revision the Bank can not successfully plead that the damages awarded by the Judge Small Cause Court are not in accordance with law. Therefore, the revisionist Bank Shall pay damages to the landlord within a period of six months from today. 2. In view of above, the revision is dismissed.
