JUDGMENT : Mr. Krishan Mahajan, learned counsel appearing for Union of India submits that certain amendments to Noise Pollution (Regulation & Control) Rules, 2000 have been published in the Government Gazette dated 24th November, 2000 and those have come into force with effect from the date of their publication. Learned Amicus would like to examine the amendments made to the rules. 2. List in the first week of September, 2001 on a date, to be fixed with consultation with learned Amicus, as requested. Order accordingly.
