JUDGMENT M. C. Jain, J. :Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A 2. It does not appear that the injured sustained any injury dangerous to his life. Without reference to the ultimate merits at the case, the applicant, Ashish Kumar alias Dabbu shall be released on bail in case crime no. 93/2001 under Sections 386, 307 I. P. C. P. S. Cantt. Dehradun, District Dehradun on his furnishing a personal bond and two sureties in the like amount to the satisfaction of the C. J. M. Dehradun.
