JUDGMENT M. C. Jain, J. Heard Sri Ramji Srivastava, counsel for the petitioner and learned S. C. 2. The petitioner is aggrieved by her transfer order dated 4.7.2001 from Dehradun to Chamoli. The submission is that she is a widow and has to retire within a span of two years and according to the transfer policy declared by the State Government she should not have been transferred. The writ petition is finally disposed of with a direction to the respondents that in case the petitioner makes a representation to the concerned authority with a certified copy of this order within three days, the authority concerned shall consider her representation within another ten days. It is however, made clear that this court has not judged any submission of the petitioner on merits and the authority concerned shall be free to take its own decision whereby the petitioner would be bound to abide. Till the representation of the petitioner is decided as directed aforesaid on the representation being made by her with certified copy of this order within three days, the transfer order shall not be effected. 3. Let a copy of this order be issued to the learned counsel for the petitioner on payment of requisite charges within 24 hours.
