Judgment 1. In view of the Division Bench judgment of this Court rendered in Dharam Pal v. State of Haryana, 1999 (4) Recent Criminal Reports (Crl.) 600, the sentence imposed upon appellant Jagdish Kumar is suspended and he is ordered to be released on bail to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jalandhar. Bail allowed.
