JUDGMENT P. C. Verma, J. : Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner, in all fairness, confined his prayer that the representation made by the petitioner against the transfer order be directed to be disposed of within a period of ten days and till the disposal of representation, she may not be required to be relieved. 3. The submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner is fair and innocuous. Therefore, it is accepted. Let the representation of the petitioner dated 19.7.2001 contained in Annexure No.9 to the writ petition be disposed of within ten days and till then the petitioner shall not be relieved. The Petitioner Shall join at the transferred place in case her representation is rejected. 4. Subject to above the writ petition is deposed of.
