O R D E R The petitioner herein was the defendant in O.S.No.883 of 2001 which is pending on the file of the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Guntur. The suit was filed by the plaintiff - 1st respondent herein for recovery of certain amount. During the pendency of the suit, the plaintiff first respondent herein filed I.A.No.1905 of 2001 in O.S.No.883 of 2001 for attachment before judgment requesting the court to attach the Provident Fund, Gratuity Pension and Pension arrears etc. payable to the petitioner herein. The said petition is allowed. Hence the revision. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner at the admission stage. The order impugned is set aside. The attention of the learned Judge is invited to the provisions of Section 60 CPC keeping in view of the provisions of Section 60 CPC the learned Principal Junior Civil Judge, Guntur is directed to pass an appropriate order. With this direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of at the admission stage. --X--
