Judgment K.C.Gupta, J. 1. The petitioner has been booked in FIR No. 332 dated 13.6 2001 u/s 15 of the NDPS Act at P.S. Sadar Fetehabad for keeping in possession of 11.200 kgs of popy husk without any permit. 2. In view of the notification dated 19.10.2001 and amendment in section 37 of the Act, let he be admitted to bail to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Fetehabad.
