Judgment K.C.Gupta, J. 1. This order shall disposed of Criminal Misc. No. 35158-M of 2001 and Criminal Misc. No. 43243-M of 2001 which arise but of FIR No. 66 dated 26.4.2001 under Sections 302/364/379/34 IPC read with Section 25 of the Arms Act, registered at Police Station Dirba, District Sangrur. 2. Counsel for the petitioner contended that no injury has been attributed to the petitioner qua Atbargir as it is alleged that Jasbirgir fired three shots, out which one hit Atbargir who died at the spot. The petitioner is in custody for the last about more than 7 months. 3. Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case, let he be admitted to bail to the satisfaction of C.J.M. Sangrur.
