Counsel for the petitioner contended that the petitioner is alleged to have been found in possession of 5 gms. smack which according to Serial No. 93 of the Notification dated 19th October, 2001 comes under the definition of "small quantity". Therefore, in view of the amended Section 37 of the NDPS Act, let the petitioner be admitted to bail to the satisfaction of C.J.M. Amritsar.
