Judgment K.S.Garewal, J. 1. The petitioner was alleged to have made preparation for committing dacoity but actually dacoity had not been committed. His co- accused was admitted to bail on July 31, 2001. Petitioners case is only different regarding the weapon held by him. Co-accused was holding a stick while the petitioner was armed with motor-cycle chain. Otherwise, both the cases are at par. 2. Bail to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Panipat Copy of the order be given dasti on payment of usual charges.
