JUDGMENT : 1. Heard the learned counsel for the parties. 2. It has been pointed out that the petitioners have complied with the directions issued by this Court from time to time. Considering the facts stated in the application prayer ‘A’ is granted on the condition that till Srichand P. Hinduja is abroad, P.P. Hinduja would not leave the country. 3. Dasti permitted. 4. Application stands disposed of accordingly.
