JUDGMENT P. C. Verma, J. : Heard learned counsel for applicant as well as learned Govt. Advocate. 2. I also perused the copy of F. I. R. and rejection order dated 20.12.1999 Passed by learned Sessions Judge, U. S. Nagar. 3. On a consideration of facts and circumstances and keeping in view the huge quantity of recovered article i.e. opium. I am not inclined to enlarge the applicant on bail. The bail application of applicant is rejected in case• crime No. 770 of 1999 under Section 8/17 N. D. P. S. Act, P. S. Gadarpur, District U. S. Nagar. However, the trial court is directed to expedite the trial of applicant and conclude it with three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
