I also perused the record of bail application and rejection order dated 12.7.2001 passed by learned Sessions Judge, Dehradun. 3. On a consideration of facts and circumstances of the case and keeping in view the quantity of charas recovered from applicant in my opinion, applicant is entitled to bail. 4. Let the applicant Dinesh Gupta SI o Vinod Gupta be released on bail in case Crime No. 263 of 2001, under Section 81 20 of N.D.P.S. Act, P. S. Rishikesh, Distt. Dehradun on furnishing a personal bond with adequate sureties in the like amount to the satisfaction of special Judge/Sessions Judge, Dehradun.
