JUDGMENT P. C. Verma, J. : Heard Sri B. S. Khanka, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri S. K. Jain, counsel for respondent no. 3. 2. In case petitioner deposits Rs. 10000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) within two and half months and thereafter continues to deposit Rs. 2000/- (Rupees Two Thousand only) per month till the entire loan with interest is cleared, further recovery proceedings shall remain stayed. 3. Writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
