ORDER : Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Chowdhary appearing for the complainant Customs Authorities. Having regard to the nature of the offence for which the petitioner is facing trial and having taken into account the fact that the petitioner is already in custody for more than a year, we direct that the petitioner be released on bail to the satisfaction of the Special Court of Economic Offences, Muzaffarpur. The Special Leave Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
