ORDER : 1. Heard the parties. 2. After hearing all counsel concerned it was suggested that the review petition itself must be heard by a larger Bench in view of the decision of a three Judge Bench of this Court in Umesh Chandra vs. State of Rajasthan, 1982 (2) SCC 202 . It is submitted that the Rajasthan Children Act considered in the said decision contains identical provisions as the Juvenile Justice Act, 1986. In deference to the said request, we refer this review petition to be heard by a Bench of five Judges. 3. We make it clear that we have not granted any stay of the trial. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Juvenile Justices (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2000 and that the petitioner is desirous of moving the trail Court for orders according to the provisions of that Act. As we have not seen the provisions of the said Act we do not make any observation on the said submission. Ordered accordingly.
