JUDGMENT M. C. Jain, J. : Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. 2. It is contended for the applicant that only role of catching hold is assigned to the applicant. So far as he is concerned, case for the grant of bail is made out. 3. Let the applicant Charan Singh be released on bail in case Crime no. 23/2001 u/s 302/34 I.P.C. and Sec. 3(2) of the S.C. & S.T. Act P.S. Laxar, District Haridwar on his furnishing a personal bond and two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of C.J.M. Haridwar.
