JUDGMENT P. C. Verma and M. C. Jain JJ. : The petitioner was posted as Medical officer at P.H.C. Myani Laloor, Tehri Garhwal. It appears that on her representation, the petitioner was attached at PH.C. Muni-Ki-Reti initially upto 30.6.2000 and thereafter her attachment was extended after expiry of the period of her attachment, she came back to the place of original posting. No transfer order has been passed by the State Government, the appointing authority to transfer her. Therefore, the petitioner can not Claim any right to continue at Dhalawala. The grievance of petitioner is misconceived. 2. The petition is disposed of accordingly. 3. However, the representation if any, made by the petitioner shall be considered by the respondents sympathetically.
