JUDGMENT P. C. Verma, J. : Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel for the respondents. 2. According to the petitioner, the relief prayed in prayer 'A' has been granted to him. Since the main relief sought by the petitioner has been granted, therefore, nothing remains to be decided in writ petition. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has made a prayer through supplementary affidavit that the petitioner should not be dropped on account of shortage of attendance as he was admitted late by the University after the direction issued by this Court. 4. Since the petitioner was admitted late by the University after the direction of the court, therefore, his attendance shall be counted from the date of admission and not taking full academic session. 5. The writ petition is disposed of finally.
