JUDGMENT P. C. Verma, J. : Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned Add!. Government Advocate. 2. This is an application for extension of period of interim bail. The applicant was admitted to short term on 3.8.2001. The learned counsel for applicant prays for extension of period of short term bail of applicant for another one month. 3. Considering the facts and circumstances, the application is allowed. Period of extension of short term bail of applicant in case crime No. 93 of 2001, under Sections 386 and 307 I.P.C., P. S. Thana Cantt Dehradun, Distt. Dehradun is extended for a period of one month from the date of his release, if he surrenders after the expiry of period of short term bail, which was granted on 3.8.2001, on the same terms and conditions on which he was earlier released on short term bail. He shall surrender himself after the expiry of period of one month. 4. The application is disposed of accordingly.
