JUDGMENT P. C. Verma, J. : Heard Miss Seema Sirohi, learned counsel for the appellants and Sri B. K. Gupta, counsel for the respondents at length. 2. The appeal badly suffers from delay of more than 20 days. The appellant No. 1's deceased husband was working in the employment of class III cadre. His income, as estimated by the Tribunal, was Rs. 50001-. The Tribunal awarded Rs. 2,50,000/-. The appeal is presented on the ground that the compensation awarded is inadequate. 3. It is revealed that owing to death of husband, the appellant no. 1 widow got employment in class III service on compassionate ground. As such, she is in gainful employment. The compensation as awarded is, therefore, not inadequate. We ther2foI'€,' do not see any merit in this appeal. 4. Consequently, the inordinate delay, which is unexplained, does not deserve to be condoned. The application for condonation of delay is rejected. 5. The appeal is dismissed.
