JUDGMENT 1. :- Heard the learned counsel for the applicants as well as the learned Public Prosecutor. 2. Perused the material available on record. 3. From the perusal of the record as well as arguments advanced by the learned counsel for the parties, it is borne out that corss cases are registered against the complainant and accused applicants. Accused applicants' side had received eighteen injuries whereas complainant side had received seven injuries. 4. The investigating agency has submitted a charge sheet against the complainant side under Section 447 Indian Penal Code. 5. Looking into the totality of the facts and circumstances of the present case, it is orderded that the applicants 1. Laxminarain son of Shri Suraj karan 2. Gopal son of Shri Laxminarain be enlarged on bail provided each of them furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty thousand) with two sureties of like amount to the satisfaction of the learned trial court for their appearance before the said court during the pendency of trial against them in this case.Bail granted *******
