JUDGMENT M. C. Jain, J. : Heard Sri C. D. Bahuguna, learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. The grievance of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that in compliance of transfer order dated 30.6.2001 passed by the D.I.O.S., Pithoragarh, he joined his posting on 10.7.2001 and he is continuously working there. However, obstruction is being created in the discharge of duties by him and salary is not being paid to him. It is found that he has made representation to the authority concerned on 24.8.2001, copy of which is enclosed as Annexure 4. 3. The writ petition is finally decided with the direction to the respondent no. 3 to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 24.8.2001 (Annexure 4) within one month from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 4. In the meantime, status quo shall be maintained as to the place of his posting.
