ORDER 1. Considering the affidavit dated 27-10-2001 filed by the Chief Secretary to the Government of D.P. in IA No. 125 of 2001, prima facie it appears that there is compliance with the directions issued by this Court on 10-5-1996. Still, however, for further verification by the Mahajan Committee and for submitting his report, matters are adjourned for six weeks. 2. For further consideration of the status report submitted by the Commissioner, Agra Division and the Mission Management Board, matter be listed on 21-11-2001.
