ORDER P. C. Verma, J. : Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking writ of mandamus to command the respondents not to give the effect to the order dated 2.7.2001, by which the assessment order passed by the Assessing Authority has been affirmed by the Appellate Authority. 3. A perusal of the impugned order shows that the Appellate Authority has considered thoroughly the entire grounds raised in the appeal and has given concurrent finding. Any finding has not been shown to be perverse, therefore, the same cannot be interfered by this court under Article 226 of the Constitution. 4. The writ petition is dismissed accordingly.
