JUDGMENT P. C. Verma, J. : Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned standing counsel. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has opted for Uttar Pradesh and there he has been posted against a cadre post. The petitioner's allotment of Uttar Pradesh Cadre is based on no objection of the State of Uttaranchal this fact is correct, then the respondents are directed to relieve the petitioner. 3. The petition is disposed of finally.
