Learned counsel appearing for some of the States submit that necessary affidavit along with compliance report would be filed within a period of three weeks from today. 3. Mr Mahajan, the learned counsel appearing for the Union of India states that the Central Government has also decided to take concrete steps for the implementation of the Act and suggested to set National Inspection and Monitoring Committee for the implementation of the Act. 4.
