( 1 ) IN this case the High Court disposed of the matter in terms of the decision of this Court in U. P. SRTC v. U. P. Parivahan Nigam Shishukhs Berozgar Sangh, AIR 1995 SC 1115 : 1995 (2) SCC 1 . We do not think there is any reason for us to interfere with the order made by the High Court. ( 2 ) LEARNED counsel for the appellants submitted that the order of the High Court gives a blanket chit that all apprentices should be straight away appointed. We do not think that is the effect of the order. The appeal is dismissed accordingly.
