Verma, J. : By means of present writ petition under Article, 226 of the Constitution the petitioner has' prayed for issue of writ of mandamus to command the respondents to appoint the petitioner as regular Collection Peon under 35% quota to be filled from amongst the Seasonal Collection Peons who have worked for more than four faslies. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is Seasonal Collection Peon and in view of the• Govt. order dated 8.1.1996 he has also worked for four faslies and, therefore, he was entitled to be considered in view of the said Govt. order. 3. If this fact is correct and the petitioner is eligible according to Rule, the respondents are directed to consider the case of the petitioner for appointment as regular Collection peon under 35% quota to be filled up from amongst the Seasonal Collection peons within a period of one month from the date of production of certified copy of this order. The Petitioners shall be allowed to continue till his case for appointment as regular Collection Peon is considered, if work and post is available. 4. With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of finally.
