ORDER : W.P. (C) NO. 196/2001 1. Union of India will indicate as to how it will ensure that the schemes formulated by itself are implemented and benefits received by those for whom they are intended. In view of the above, the matter is adjourned to 28th November, 2001. W.P. (C) No. 498/2001 2. Reply be filed by the Union of India and the State of Jammu and Kashmir within two weeks. Rejoinder, if any, be filed within five days thereafter. To come up on 11th December, 2001. 3. The pendency of this petition should not prevent the District and the State Authorities from ensuring proper food and clothing to the needy in the State.
