JUDGMENT : - O.P. Garg, J. Heard Sri P. K. Jain learned Counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Standing Counsel. 2. THE petitioner has preferred release petition under Section 21 (1) (a) o the U. P. Act 13 of 1972 which is pending before the Prescribed Authority, Muzaffarnagar. The grievance of the petitioner is that in spite of service on the tenant-Respondent No. 2 he has not filed written statement. A number of dates were given as is evident from paragraph 4of the writ petition. 3. IN exercise of supervisory jurisdiction under Article 227 of the Constitution of India it is directed that the Prescribed Authority, Muzaffarnagar shall ensure that the case proceeds according to law with all finally disposed of within a period of six months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before him. 4. THE writ petition is finally disposed of. Petition disposed of.
