ORDER 1. These is have been filed by the several applicants for clarification of our order/judgment. The review petitions have been filed bringing in certain more materials facts. After hearing the learned Solicitor General for the State and also the applicants for the lAs, we are not inclined to entertain either. The review petitions as well as IAs are dismissed. If any person not beingparty to the same is aggrieved by any order of this Government pursuant to our judgment, it would befresh cause of action which he can assail in an appropriate forum. 2. (In review petitions) Needless to mention, judgment of this Court would bind the parties in the proceedings.
