ORDER : B. N. Kirpal, J. It is stated that summons have not been issued and the matter is still pending before the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate. In view thereof, learned counsel for the petitioners wishes to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a fresh one, if and when summons are issued. The transfer petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty granted.
