JUDGMENT P. C. Verma and M. C. Jain, J. : Learned Counsel for the petitioners states that the demand of levy sugar price due to the Government of India is held up on account of bank guarantee furnished in terms of the order passed by the Court in this petition. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in case the bank guarantee is released, all the dues shall be satisfied by the petitioners in terms of the demand sent by the Government of India. Therefore, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner may be disposed of and the bank guarantee may be released. 3. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed. Bank guarantee is released in favour of the petitioners who shall satisfy the entire dues raised by the Government of India within a period of one month. 4. The petition is disposed of accordingly.
