ORDER WP (C) No. 13381 of 1984 1. On 4-9-2001 we had directed the Secretary, Ministry of Non-Conventional Energy to tender necessary affidavit stating what steps can be taken for having non-conventional energy instead of diesel generators and for implementation of the orders passed by this Court. In response to the said order Dr Sastri, Advisor, Ministry of Non-Conventional Energy has tendered his affidavit wherein it has been stated that it was possible to provide solar photovoltaic power for essential equipment of the Air Quality-Monitoring Laboratory for which feasibility report has been prepared. In view of the aforesaid affidavit the U.P. Pollution Control Board, Central Pollution Control Board as well as AS! are directed to see that essential equipment of the Air Quality-Monitoring Laboratory is supplied within a period of four months from today.
