JUDGMENT : 1. Heard learned counsel for the parties. 2. Status report has been filed by the Industrial State of West Bengal wherein it has been stated that BOT Party has offered possession of the plots in Zones 6, 7 & 8 and physical possession has also been handed over to those who had come forward to take such possession. Learned counsel for the State of West Bengal states that appropriate steps are taken for installation of Four Mobile Chrome Recovery Units on or before 31st January, 2002. 3. However, it is made clear that if any reasonable defects are pointed out by the tanneries, the State Government will take appropriate action for removing such defects in Zones Nos. I to 8. 4. Matter to be listed on 3rd week of January, 2002.
