JUDGMENT M. C. Jain, J. : Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A. G.A. 2. In this case three persons were allegedly injured out of whom Amar Singh's injury was reported to be fatal. Eight persons were named as accused, out of whom one is the applicant. It is not specific as to who assaulted Amar Singh, who sustained fatal injury. Moreover, it is not the case that he faces any danger to his life ever now. 3. Under these circumstances, the applicants, Moinuddin shall be released on bail in case Crime No. 147 of 2001 u/Ss. 323, 504, 147, 308 I.P.C. P. S. Ranipur District Haridwar on his furnishing a personal bond and sureties in the like amount to the satisfaction of the C.J.M. Haridwar.
