JUDGMENT : 1. Mr. Ganguli, learned counsel appearing for the plaintiffs, states that it is necessary to amend the plaint to aver what has happened subsequent to the filing of the suit and to bring on record relevant material. 2. Adjourned for ten weeks. The application for amendment shall be filed within six weeks and the Union of India shall have three weeks to file a reply to that application.
