( 2 ) THE allegations against the applicants, who are the brothers of the husband of the deceased, are general in nature. The husband of the deceased is said to be in jail. ( 3 ) LET the applicants Sudhir and Sameer be released on bail in case Crime No. 382/2000 u/ss. 498-A, 304-B, I. P. C. and Sec. 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. P. S. Dalanwala, District Dehradun on their furnishing a personal bonds and two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the C. J. M. , Dehradun. ( 4 ) HOWEVER, it shall not offer a ground of parity to the co-accused, who is the husband of the deceased. Order accordingly. --- *** --- .
