JUDGMENT : 1. Heard the learned counsel for the parties. 2. Learned counsel for the respondent-accused submits that without any reasoned order, the impugned order passed by the High Court be set aside. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the impugned order quashing the charge framed, is set aside. The trial court to proceed with the trial on day-to-day basis. Learned Additional Solicitor General states that learned counsel for the C.B.I. would not ask for any adjournment except on some exceptional grounds. Learned counsel for the respondent-accused states that they would also fully cooperate in completion of the trial at the trial court. 3. Mr. Altaf Ahmed, learned Additional Solicitor General states that in compliance of the direction issued by this Court Central Government has already decided to increase the strength of two Additional Sessions Judges in the cadre of District Judges, Delhi District Court who will handle such cases, including the cases under Prevention of Corruption Act. For that purpose he states that as per the communication dated 19th October, 2001 it would be open to the High Court to increase the necessary infrastructure for the post of Additional Sessions Judges and necessary orders would be issued by the Central Government within one month from today for increasing the ministerial staff also. 4. For submitting the compliance report on behalf of the petitioner these mattes are adjourned for 22nd January, 2002. The Registry is also directed to write to the High Court for implementing the decision taken by the Central Government at the earliest.
